Books are highly significant in everyone's life, especially in the lives of children. They are great friends because they motivate us to achieve our goals, overcome disappointments, and build a good mindset. A positive attitude is considered as being optimistic about events, interactions, and oneself. In this regard, various books help develop a person’s positive attitude. These books inspire and motivate people, but they have also proven to assist millions of individuals to recognize that the capacity to have complete faith in their daily activities is the key to realizing their dreams.

“Learning gives creativity, and creativity leads to thinking, thinking provides knowledge, knowledge makes you Great.”                                                                                           –Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam

Children are in the initial phase of their intellectual development. Reading books increases the children’s learning habits which encourages their intellectual growth and imagination, as well as the development of language and emotions, and strengthening relationships. When practiced intentionally, daily thinking positively can become a way of life and it  has  numerous advantages to children's self-esteem, attitude, and overall joy of life.

In today’s environment, children are assaulted with competing, ever-shifting ethical and moral values. Simultaneously, parents strive to establish positive values in their children at home. Fortunately, a great book has the power to counterbalance these external influences and offer essential lessons to children as they grow. So, parents should encourage their children to increase their book-reading habits.

Reading improves their communication abilities by allowing children to empathize with and comprehend others. Books assist us in realizing the ideals we hold in our hearts. The use of excellent storybooks may help children understand moral concepts, life ethics, and how to be decent human beings. It is necessary to develop positive values that reflect one's personality and spirituality. Dealing with difficult situations wisely is a sign of having a positive attitude. Because books aid in the realization of a person's ideals, they eventually help develop a good attitude toward life that will be successful throughout one's life.
